Quick Bypass

Hold the Option (⌥) key when sending a file to jDM to skip the New Task window and immediately apply your preset rules to the download.

Capture Streaming Media

Detect and download audio and video streams directly from your browser. The extension automatically finds media while you browse, and you can manage all streams from the toolbar icon. Enable or disable this feature anytime in settings for full control.

Your Privacy, Your Control

jDM extensions only send the minimum required data (referrer, cookies, URLs, and browser type) to the jDM Mac app. All data stays securely on your device and is only used for authentication with the sites you choose.

Safari Extension

The jDM Safari Extension for macOS connects your browser with the main jDM app, allowing you to manage, capture, and control downloads directly from Safari. It’s designed for smooth file handling and faster download management on macOS.

Safari 12.0 or later: The extension adds context menu options but does not automatically capture downloads. To enable it, open Safari > Settings > Extensions and turn on jDM.

Earlier Safari versions: The extension can capture most downloads automatically based on the file types you’ve set in settings. You can exclude websites under “Do not catch downloads from sites.” To install, download the extension, locate it in Finder, double-click it, and click Install.
